The 9 Week Private Coaching Program is well suited and designed for intelligent or very motivated people who feel that they don’t need as long as 18 weeks to achieve the much desired and lasting transformations in their weight and lifestyle. The 9 Week Program is for individuals who may have attempted to achieve their goals, but have not had the right information and support they needed to stay on track.

Private VIP Day with EKATERINA

In this premier experience you’ll spend a total of 5 hours with Ekaterina, creating a “blueprint” that you can follow while enjoying the changes.

After a two hour lunch break we will reconvene at your home, with my assistant to accompany us for this portion of the VIP day. For all my long distance clients, this portion of the VIP day can be sent to you as a DVD of me doing a model kitchen makeover, or we can Skype the whole session and have a virtual tour while I tell you what needs to be done in your kitchen. For your convenience, we can schedule a weekend day when your spouse/significant other is at home too.

  • Get a kitchen makeover, which includes:
  • Reviewing the contents of your pantry, freezer and refrigerator and our recommendations
  • Inspecting all your cooking pots and pans, as well as storage bins and containers
  • Preparing a sample meal with an ingredient you may have never cooked with before
  • Creating an easily modified sample menu for one week
  • Receive two 30 minute follow up sessions within the next 30 days
  • Every VIP client gets instant access to all my workshops and tele-seminars
